The Performance Program gives private lesson students opportunities to develop confidence, musicianship, and the craft of public performance. From supportive Performance Classes to student recitals, performing isn't about perfection—it's part of becoming a musician
Participation is by teacher recommendation.

Performance Classes are a place to try, learn, and grow. Students perform alongside musicians of different ages and instruments in a supportive, low-pressure setting.
Classes also explore the skills that surround performance—from stage presence and working with a collaborative pianist to recovering from mistakes and connecting with an audience.
Students participating in a recital must attend at least one Performance Class.

Before each recital weekend, students have the opportunity to rehearse in Vinton Hall and become comfortable with the performance space.

Student recitals are held twice each year in Vinton Hall at our Worcester campus. Each recital brings together students from across the school to share their music with family, friends, and the Pakachoag community.
Participation requires teacher approval and attendance in at least one Performance Class.

If a student withdraws from a class for reasons other than illness with less than one week’s notice, or misses a confirmed class, a $15 withdrawal fee will be applied to their account. This fee helps the school keep classes available for all students and serves as a reminder that regular attendance is an important commitment.
