Greater Worcester Community Band: Celebrating Community in Music
Something new is happening in Worcester, and it started right here.
This spring, Pakachoag launched the Greater Worcester Community Band, an ensemble for adult players who want to make music together. Former high school musicians. College players. People with a high level of training just itching for a musical outlet.
Join us for debut concert on April 12 at Auburn High School, led by Artistic Director Craig Robbins. Craig is a Central MA native, a working musician, and the kind of person who genuinely believes that making music in a community group changes something in you. We think he's right.
If you've ever played, or if someone you love has, come be in the hall for this concert. It's a debut. Those only happen once.
Free and open to the public. Bring a friend. We’d love to see you there!
