Debut concert by the GWCB

This spring, Pakachoag launched the Greater Worcester Community Band, an ensemble for adult players who want to make music together. Former high school musicians. College players. People with high level training just itching for an outlet. They’ve rehearsed. They’ve worked hard. And now they're ready to perform.

The debut concert is April 12 at Auburn High School (2:00 p.m.), led by Artistic Director Craig Robbins. Entitled Celebrating Music in Community, we’ll feature music by Ralph Vaughan Williams, Robert Russell Bennett, Florence Price, and more.
