Pakachoag Music School is non-profit community school for the arts providing learning opportunities and musical enjoyment for a lifetime. We’re seeking a new member for our team to assist with an array of administrative and development tasks.
The Administrative & Development Assistant will assist with preparation of the Annual Fund and Report mailings, donor & school database and records management, donation processing, telephone and door reception and monitoring, and human resource administrative assistance. This position also serves as a door greeter during afternoon hours. We’re seeking someone who is comfortable taking direction, completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner, and working flexibly to meet deadlines.
This position is hourly; 15 hours per week; in-person but with the ability to work remotely if needed. Work hours are negotiable, within the time frame of 3:00 to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. Work space is on 2nd floor requiring stairs.

The position requires:
A minimum of 2 years prior experience in an office environment required.
The School currently uses Filemaker Pro for its CRM database system, GSuite (Gmail) for its email, and Microsoft 365 for its office suite. Prior experience using these software packages is not required, but candidates should be comfortable with computers and learning new software programs.
