Summer Fiddle Registration Form

Thank you for registering for Summer Fiddle class.

Please begin the registration process by completing this registration form.  When you click submit, you will be redirected to the Online Registration Portal where you can search for Summer Fiddle and register online with credit card.

If you prefer to mail in check or deliver cash, please complete this form.  Then, mail in your check and note in memo line name of class.  We’ll match your form with your payment.  Please note that we do not hold a class space without payment.   Your registration will be completed when we receive payment.
