Pipe Organ lessons are available for school-aged students and adults at our Auburn location at Pakachoag Church, and also in Worcester at the First Baptist Church.
The Music School is fortunate to enjoy access to one of the finest organs in New England – the Dobson Pipe Organ owned and maintained by Pakachoag Church.
We accept students of all levels, beginners to advanced. Because our organ instructor holds advanced degrees in organ performance and actively performs, we can accept students at the highest levels of training, including conservatory level. The School’s director will work with you to determine the best placement in terms of schedules, musical interests and individual goals.
While lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis during the school year, we will consider accepting adult students on an every-other-week basis if scheduling permits.
Summer lessons are available on an individual basis according to student and teacher availability. Please contact the office in April or May for information regarding summer lesson availability.
Our organ teacher, William Ness, is recognized as one of Worcester’s leading organists. Mr. Ness’s schedule is flexible, allowing him to accommodate most scheduling needs.
Please contact the Director at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information regarding organ lessons and scheduling.
