The Boy and Girl Choirs of All Saints

This unique opportunity for young singers offers up to a 50% Merit Scholarship (tuition reimbursement) for additional music studies at Pakachoag Music School.

Open by audition to boys - ages 7 1/2 to 12 and girls -ages 7 1/2 to 17

No tuition - Free.

The All Saints Choirs (Choir of Men and Boys, and St. Cecilia Choir for girls, with adult choristers) are a professional intergenerational choral education opportunity with a Pakachoag Music School program affiliation. Choir members receive a stipend OR a Pakachoag scholarship in return for their commitment. The Choirs also reward members with the ability to sing the world's finest choral music in its original format (not reductions for "children's choir"), much of which was composed with children's voices in mind for the soprano part.

The program includes civic and community performances and travel. The Choirs sang in England in 2008, and toured Pennsylania and Washington DC in April 2010.

Both Pakachoag and the Choirs support similar goals of providing quality music experiences for young people, with an emphasis on setting high expectations for student achievement and performance within a supportive, nurturing environment.

• Stipend; or Tuition reimbursement (increasing with choir experience and commitment) for additional music study at Pakachoag Music School available following a preliminary training period
• Community performances and touring opportunities (East coast and abroad) periodically available
• Mid-week rehearsals with performances alongside adults every other Sunday for worship services (allowing schedule flexibility)
