Stay Tuned for Summer 2012 - We have something for everyone:
birth to age five, school age, adults, novices and those looking to move up to the next level.

Pakachoag Music School of Greater Worcester offers a variety of programs each summer for various age groups. In addition to classes and week-long offerings, we offer private lessons beginning early June (with a rolling sign-up through July 1st). The 2011 line up below may change for 2012 - but will give you an idea of what you can likely expect to see.

The faculty & staff of Pakachoag hope to see you this summer as we celebrate sunshine, green grass, and, of course, music : )

Early Childhood Music. Grow musically with a sampling of our very popular school year Music Together program; or choose a special summer Creative Arts Week for Little Ones.
Includes:

  • Music & Movement - Ages Birth thru 4 years; Classes in Auburn and W. Boylston at Mothers & Company
  • Music & Movement for Special Learners - Ages 2 to about 8 years (for chidren with and without special needs)
  • Creative Arts Week - a week long morning 'camp' for ages 4,5 and 6. We're offering two differently themed weeks; choose any one or any two weeks of 3 offered.

Suzuki Program A specialized approach to teaching designed for very young children (and older ones too).
Includes:

  • Suzuki Violin - Lessons and Classes - Ages 4 (pending readiness assessment) and up
  • Suzuki Guitar - Lessons and Classes - Ages 4.5 (pending readiness assessment) and up

Private Lessons
Includes:

  • Piano, Guitar, Violin, Viola, Cello, Fiddle, Flute, Clarinet, Voice
    • School aged; beginners to advanced high school & college level; Adults

Alternative Styles : Branching out at Pakachoag

  • Fiddle / Two groups from which to choose:
    Group 1: Students playing at the level of Suzuki Book IV and Up. Adults welcome.
    Group 2: Students playing at the level of Suzuki Books II and III.
  • Jazz Ensemble / middle and high school intermediate level
  • Guitar Ensemble / beginners and intermediates (varying ages welcome)
