If you are a continuing student looking to PRE-register (May/June for private instruction; November/March/June for Music Together), please use the appropriate pre-registration form posted periodically in the program specific sections of this page.

Pakachoag Music School Music Together Student Handbook
This handbook provides policy and basic participation information.
Registered families also receive a Music Together Parent Guide at their first class which explains how young children acquire music competency; and how you, as a parent, can enhance your child's music development.

FOR PRIVATE INSTRUCTION FAMILIES
This set collectively serves as the registered student "Information Packet".
If you are new to Pakachoag Music School, please begin by downloading and reading the Private Instruction Student Handbook. Please review all of the forms posted below during your first semester.

E-mail notices are sent out periodically to enrolled families when specific forms related to program participation are due.

Please read this form during the first month of lessons.

Recital Confirmation-of-Flexibility Form - Spring 2012.
All students taking private lessons who anticipate playing in a recital will need to complete and return this form to their teacher during the fall and again in the spring semester in order to participate.

Performance Class Withdrawal/Cancellation Fee Notice Any family who participates in performance classes should review this information before signing up for a class.
